1. Who you're buying from

Adames AI is the name Robert Marc Steenhoff, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands, works under. Your invoice can show Adames Art Studio. That's the same business, with the same KvK number.

2. What you buy

The Solopreneur Launchpad, a private onboarding: live, one-on-one sessions with me, my files for the parts you do yourself, and me on speed dial while we build the back end of your business. The sessions are online, over a call, in Dutch or English. Within one business day of your order you get a personal email from me with a fixed copy of these terms, and we plan the first session from there. We plan the number and length of the sessions together, based on where you start. The price covers all the sessions needed to build what's listed below.

Speed dial and ongoing support mean technical help by email, chat and the like, until every guarantee in section 4 is met. Write to [email protected] and I answer within one business day. A business day is Monday to Friday, except Dutch public holidays.

The eight results:

The six bonuses:

The price is €497 excluding 21% VAT, €601.37 including VAT, paid once, through Stripe's checkout. You get a VAT invoice. Anyone can buy, as a business or as a private person. If your business is in another EU country, enter your VAT number at checkout. If the number is valid and the service qualifies, the VAT is reverse-charged: I charge no Dutch VAT and you account for the VAT in your own country. If you buy for a business, whether you can reclaim the VAT depends on your own situation: on the KOR or with VAT-exempt income you can't.

You need: a computer and a Claude Pro subscription (about €20 a month, which you pay yourself). No technical knowledge.

Some of what we build runs on accounts in your own name, such as your domain, your business email and your Stripe account. You sign up for those yourself, and their terms apply. If one costs money, you pay that company directly, and you see the price before you sign up.

3. Your part: following the program

Following the program means two things. You come to the sessions we plan together. And you do the parts only you can do, in the time we agree, with my files and my help. Those parts include deciding who your customer is, your place in the market and your offer, and having your computer and Claude Pro ready. The two weeks count from the first session.

Can't make a session? Tell me as soon as you can and we plan a new one. The two weeks move by the time that costs. They also move by any time we wait on another company, such as an approval from Stripe or a domain provider. If I'm ill or can't work for a while, I tell you, and the two weeks move with it.

Prefer your own pace? That's fine. The two weeks then don't apply, and you keep my support until everything is built.

4. My guarantee

Everything listed in section 2 gets built with you: every one of the eight results and every one of the six bonuses. Result 5 is your website: one page, built in the two weeks. When you follow the program, everything in section 2 is done within two weeks of the first session. If you followed the program and it isn't all finished, I keep working with you at no extra cost until your business is running. Running means your offer is clear, and every result and bonus is built, with your website live. This is a promise on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

The onboarding and ongoing support end when everything is built. If I hear nothing from you for three months after my last message, I send you a final email and give you 14 days to answer. If you don't answer, the onboarding ends. What we built stays yours.

5. Your money back

In the first 14 days after you bought, tell me you want a refund. You don't have to give a reason, and it doesn't matter whether the work has started or is already finished. I refund the full amount you paid, VAT included, with nothing deducted, within 14 days of your message, through the same payment method you used. This applies to everyone, whether you bought as a business or as a private person.

We usually start within those 14 days, so I ask you to confirm in my first email that you want that. Confirming doesn't cost you this refund.

Consumers also have a legal right of withdrawal under Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 6, article 230o): 14 days, counted from the day after you bought, no reason needed, or longer in the cases where the law says so. My guarantee gives you the same 14 days and a full refund even when the work has already started, and it never takes away anything the law gives you. The button for it is right below, and the footer of every page on this site links to it.

After that period you can still stop at any time by emailing me. I then keep 1/14 of the price for every result or bonus already built, plus the fee my payment provider charged me on your payment, and I refund the rest within 14 days of your message. Consumer law may give you more, and then you get that.

Withdraw and get your money back

Press the button, fill in the three fields and confirm. You see right away what I received, and you get a confirmation by email with what you sent and the date and time. The refund follows within 14 days. This stays here during your whole withdrawal period, also when the law makes it longer than 14 days.

6. What's yours and what's mine

What we build for your business is yours to keep: your Second Brain, your brand, your website, and everything you make with them. Other companies' software, fonts, images and other licensed material stay under their own licences.

My files, meaning my guides, skills and kits, stay mine. You can use and change them for your own business, also after we're done. You can't pass them on or resell them. You download them with a login that checks your payment. It stays open for at least 12 months after you bought, so save your own copies. A refund ends that login, and then you stop using my files and delete your copies. What you made for your own business stays yours, and that includes anything of mine already built into your website.

7. AI and other companies' tools

We build on tools from other companies, such as Claude and Stripe. They run those tools and can change them. If a change gets in the way of what I promised in section 4, I find another way to get it built.

AI can make mistakes, so you look at what it makes before you publish or send it. Your yes is yours to give. Your website, your offer, your own terms and your taxes stay your responsibility as the owner of your business. I help you build them. I'm not a lawyer or an accountant, and nothing I give you is legal or tax advice.

8. Your information

I keep what you share with me confidential and use it only to work with you. It does pass through the providers I use for things like email, calls, storage and AI. I don't name you or show your work in public unless you say yes. How I handle your data is on the privacy page.

9. Care, limits and your rights

I do the work with care and in person. What I promise is what section 4 says. A client, a sale or any business result is yours to make with what we build, and I don't promise those.

If you buy for your business and something goes wrong on my side, my liability is limited to the amount you paid me, except for intent or gross negligence and anything else the law doesn't let me limit. If you buy as a consumer, this limit doesn't apply to you: you keep your full legal rights, including when my files or digital services don't match what we agreed.

10. Complaints and the law

Something not right? Write to [email protected]. I answer within 14 days at the latest, and usually much sooner.

Dutch law applies. If we disagree, we talk first. If that doesn't solve it, the Dutch court that has jurisdiction decides. If you're a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country, and you can also go to court where you live.

11. Changes

I can change these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one on this page on the day you bought, which is the fixed copy I email you.
