Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. We set up your Second Brain together, live. From then on you talk to it in plain words, and you learn it as we build, with me on speed dial.

How much of my time does it take?

Follow the program and it's done in two weeks, guaranteed. Working five or six days a week? Then it takes longer, and that's no problem at all. You go at your own pace, with ongoing support from me.

What do I do myself?

The part only you can do: your customer, your place in the market, your offer. Your AI writes and builds, and helps you weigh the hard calls. You say yes or no.

What do I need to start?

A computer and a Claude Pro subscription (about €20 a month, you pay that yourself). That's it.

Where, and in which language?

Online, over a call. Dutch or English, your pick.

When do we start?

You get my email within one business day of your order, and we plan your first onboarding session from there. That can be the next day, or any other day you like.

What about VAT?

The price you see is without VAT. You pay the VAT at checkout and get an invoice for it. Once your business charges VAT, you can get it all back, even if you only start months from now.

Can I get my money back?
